Hard to say. They did say that we may not meet the equip requirements of their transfer equipment for some time after beginning NGS, so obviously it will not transfer over as level 1 equipment. I really don't believe we ought to set our expectations too high though. I will assume transfer equipment will be mid-game equipment or need a lot of upgrades to be end-game equipment unless they state otherwise.
