It called into question Madden NFL 24's claim it was delaying the process, and asked the league to agree to an agreement as soon as possible that would begin blood testing -- however, they would use a third-party arbitrator.

"The the only evidence of buyer's repulse is the enclosed letter to which was signed by Madden NFL 24 agreed to weeks ago. Our signature is on it.
