Since all variants are alike, it is normal to expect that RS gold a pf2p will receive a 99 for much less than a member. However, it's not fair to say that the skills are the same for all. An example of a member who trains range could achieve a 99 faster because he has more options for leveling up quickly. But, when he is training for mining, he will be less competitive over a pf2p who is at higher levels. This is due to the fact that he would have competed with other players for ore rocks until rune.

My opinion is that it all comes to how people view a skillcape. Similar concerns arise regarding the issue of whether gold medalists from ParaOlympics should receive more respect over the Olympic gold medallists. ParaOlympics competitors had to overcome physical disabilities in order to win that medal. However, to decrease the significance of someone who won the gold medal is unfair, since he must have overcome physically fit athletes to win that gold medal.

I'd like to know what others think of this question. I feel that those who receive a skillcape (OMG YOU'VE GOT ASKILLCAPE) are treated as gods while members who are awarded the same skillcape receive an earful of praise ("Oh you've earned a skillscape. How cute. I wonder what the next skillcape will be?

I'm a Summoning tank, and am in dire need of charms. They take too long to obtain and I don't have anyone willing to trade my charms. I'm willing to pay per Charm. Because it's multicombat and includes a variety of monsters, I'd prefer that we do it in the Chaos Tunnels.

I'm currently on my quest to get a Magic Skillcape (untrimmed) and would appreciate a suggested outfit. It would be great to have the outfit cost less than 2M. But, please suggest anything. This will help me save money for other things. I don't have to wear the hood, however if you think it goes well to the outfit, just note the item. Thanks, guys.

Feel free to suggest quest items. It's not necessary to have items like Mobilising Armies Reward :grindteeth. I really dislike the Minigame. 80 Defence, 80 Attack, Strength the 88 Strength 77 ranged 70 Prayer, and 70 Prayer to guarantee armour availability. I am currently P2P, and will remain so for as long time as OSRS buy gold I can be able to.
